This Beef strips with beans are high in protein and vitamins. Very easy and quick to prepare.
- 1/2 kl beef strip
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce (desire)
- vinegar (desire)
- sugar (desire)
- 1/4 green beans
- cooking oil
- 1 rice bowl
- Marinate the beef: Mix beef with vinegar soy sugar salt and pepper put in a bowl and cover it. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes, or if you have the time, overnight.
- Stir fry: Heat a small dry wok until it’s very hot. Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes , stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the beef.
- Then put the green beans, stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Turn heat to lower to simmer 10 minutes.
- Divide the stir fry between shallow bowls and serve with some boiled rice.
