Beef strips with beans

20170124_121801.jpgThis Beef strips with beans  are high in protein and vitamins. Very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients: 6 serving
  • 1/2 kl beef strip
  • onion
  • garlic
  • tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce (desire)
  • vinegar (desire)
  • sugar (desire)
  • 1/4 green beans
  • cooking oil
  • 1 rice bowl


  1. Marinate the beef: Mix beef with vinegar soy sugar salt and pepper put in a bowl and cover it. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes, or if you have the time, overnight.
  2. Stir fry: Heat a small dry wok until it’s very hot. Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes , stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the beef.
  3. Then put the green beans, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn heat  to lower to simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the stir fry between shallow bowls and serve with some boiled rice.20170124_122244.jpg
