Last night Gee-Ann and I, prepared a special dish requested by Hazelle. This Filipino cuisine usually served as breakfast but also can served anytime you want.
Tapa is dried or cured beef, although other meat or even fish may be used. When served with fried rice and fried egg, it is known as TAP-SI-LOG (TAPa, SInangag at itLOG). Sometimes comes with atchara and sliced tomatoes. For the condiments we can use vinegar and ketchup.
Tapa– the meat is cured or dried and cut in to small portions or thin slices. As a method of preservation, salt and spices are added.Sinangag– once the tapa is done. Used the excess sauce from the marinated meat. Sunny side up
The tapa made of Gee-Ann is so delicious. The taste’s right. The combination of three is perfect.
