Tap-Si-log

Last night Gee-Ann and I, prepared a special dish requested by Hazelle. This Filipino cuisine usually served as breakfast but also can served anytime you want.

Tapa is dried or cured beef, although other meat or even fish may be used.  When served with fried rice and fried egg, it is known as TAP-SI-LOG (TAPa, SInangag at itLOG). Sometimes comes with atchara and sliced tomatoes. For the condiments we can use vinegar and ketchup.
